7 Simple Steps on How To Get the RIGHT Fit In Your Business & Your Life

Have you reflected deeply on who you are and what you want for your business and your life?

Is it truly what YOU want, and not just what you think you SHOULD want?

The more you take good care of yourself and your needs, the better off you and everyone else is around you.  So, if you’ve not really lived your personal or professional life from that place before, how do you do it?

Here are the 7 Simple Steps on How To Get the RIGHT Fit In Your Business & Your Life:

1. Identify What You Want:   Be clear on your vision.  This takes some dedicated soul searching and reflection time to identify what would an ideal life look life if you were truly living it on your own terms.  What would be a custom fit and tailor made life for yourself in every area of your life?

2. Assess Where You Are:  Take an honest look at what you actually have in your life.  It’s only when you are aware of what’s true in the present that you can take steps to change it and move it in a different direction.

3. Identify The Gap:  Take an inventory of every area of your life and rate it on a scale of 1-10 in terms of how happy or fulfilled you are with each area.  The criteria you use for that should be whatever you decide it’s the right, perfect fit for YOU.  Only judge yourself on your own criteria of what you truly want, not what you think you should want, or what others tell you you should want.  This is the time to be radically honest with yourself.

4. Choose Only One Area To Improve:  There is a lot of power in choosing just one NEXT step to take to improve just ONE area of your life.  If you try to do everything at once, or somehow think you should do everything at once, you’ll be overwhelmed and you’ll set yourself up for failure.  Just pick one next right thing to improve based on your own criteria.

5. Take Action:  Make a decision to take the action(s) to improve that area.  It’s okay (and even advised) to start with some manageable baby steps that you can do in do-able doses.  The key is, to take some action to move forward.  Like with the rabbit and the turtle, slow and steady wins the race!  Commit to just one thing and do it!

6. Celebrate Your Wins & Enjoy Your Results:  Don’t skip this step!  Be sure to acknowledge, reward and celebrate all wins, no matter how big or how small.  This keeps your forward momentum going.  It also opens up the energy of gratitude and appreciation, will allows even bigger and better people, things, and opportunities to flow your way.Enjoy Your Results

7. Repeat Steps 4 – 6:  Over time, you’ll develop more and more confidence and momentum to take more and bigger steps forward.  The more you do this on a regular basis, the more your life will become tailor made just for you – just like your Vision in Step #1!  Make adjustments and course corrections as you go.  If an action you take doesn’t move you in the right direction, change it!  Remember, you’re in charge.  It’s your life!  You can create it to be a custom fit so you can look, feel, and be your best every day.
